How long does shipping take?
Because each item is made to order, allow time for production plus shipping — typically 1–2 weeks total, sometimes a little more during busy periods. You'll get tracking once your order ships.
What's your return policy?
Since items are made to order, we accept returns or replacements only for defective, misprinted, or incorrect items. Open a ticket within 30 days with a photo and we'll make it right.
How do I pick the right size?
Check the size chart on each product page before ordering. Sizing varies by item, and made-to-order items can't be exchanged for a different size.
Is this official Odyssey merch?
Yes. This is the official store for the Odyssey community. Every purchase helps support the server.
